I have been made redundant. At the time, it felt like my life was over, and everything caved in. When I checked online for redundancies and what to expect, I got a lot of legal answers. These were useful to me.
However, I was not prepared for the mental anguish that came with redundancy. The anger, pain, fear, and panic attacks that followed. I was already stressed due to the lockdown and other things this year.
